| At Poland United Methodist Church, we believe that growing in faith is a life-long journey and that Sunday school is a critical part of the process. The foundations of our adult Sunday school program |
- Education: Some classes have a full-time teacher while others are self taught and have a curriculum chair or committees. Most classes use a combination of Bible study and topical discussion.
- Fellowship: Some of our classes offer one or more socials a month with a variety of activities including families and adults only.
- Outreach: Supporting needs in the church, community, nation or world through involvement in several different types of projects both hands on and resource driven.
Growing disciples for Christ by sharing our faith with others, both inside and outside the class.

| We are very conscious of the power of prayer at PUMC. Prayer is the heart of our personal faith and our church family. Prayer Ministry provides opportunities to draw closer to God through an active prayer life. Prayer Ministry participants are empowered by the Holy Spirit to open their hearts to God’s will and be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. Prayer requests brought to the altar every Sunday (and those sent into the church office) are lifted by the congregation each week. In addition, a prayer ministry team meets each Tuesday at 6:45 a.m. to again lift these and other concerns in prayer and write notes of encouragement to those in need. Please consider joining us for this vital, worthwhile ministry.
